Ukraine's contradictory moves: progress at Gdańsk URC undermined in Warsaw

At the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Gdańsk, the prime ministers of Poland and Ukraine made clear steps toward EU integration. However, almost immediately the presidents of both countries took actions in Warsaw and Kyiv that undermined that progress. Analyst Ptak-Iglewska argues Ukraine is once again acting self-destructively against its own European ambitions.
