Cleveland Fed's Hammack: AI is fuelling inflation, rate hikes may be needed

Beth Hammack, president of the Cleveland Federal Reserve, told CNBC's Sara Eisen that US inflation has been too high for the past five years. She warned that the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence could be fuelling further price pressures. Hammack said interest rate hikes may be necessary to bring inflation under control.
