Next-generation BMW X5 M confirmed to keep V8 engine

BMW has confirmed that the next-generation X5 M will retain its V8 engine rather than switching to an all-electric powertrain. The decision comes despite the broader X5 range transitioning to Neue Klasse architecture. The V8-powered X5 M will arrive as one of the later variants in the new generation lineup.
