Polish tax authority finds 120 billion złoty in irregularities from PiS era; 245 cases sent to prosecutors
Audits by Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS) covering the period of PiS rule revealed irregularities in the spending of 120 billion złoty of public funds, according to Deputy Finance Minister Zbigniew Stawicki speaking on TVN24+. A total of 245 notifications have already been sent to prosecutors in connection with the findings. It represents one of the largest budgetary irregularity disclosures in Polish history.
