Ukraine Lost Two MiG-29s and Refuses to Pay for More from Poland
Ukraine's armed forces lost at least two MiG-29 fighter jets within the space of a few days — one shot down, another destroyed on the ground. At the same time, Kyiv is refusing to transfer to Poland the technology that was supposed to be a condition for another batch of the jets, and is unwilling to cover the costs of any potential upgrades. The situation is complicating further military cooperation between the two countries.
