Nickelodeon has officially declared July 14 "SpongeBob Day," an annual celebration timed to SpongeBob's in-show birthday. Events are planned across TikTok, YouTube, Roblox and other platforms. This is the inaugural edition of what the network intends to make a recurring annual event.
