Government audit finds 120 billion złoty in irregularities under PiS rule
A series of 166 audits by Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS) uncovered irregularities worth 120 billion złoty in public spending during the Law and Justice (PiS) government's rule. Deputy Finance Minister Zbigniew Stawicki revealed the figure on TVN24+, saying the missing funds should have gone to defence, healthcare and education. He described the scale of the irregularities as "surprising."
