Netflix has added a new requirement that each profile on an account must be linked to a unique email address, as part of its ongoing crackdown on password sharing. This is the latest barrier the streaming giant has introduced over several years of anti-sharing measures. The same report notes Amazon is facing a lawsuit for introducing ads to Prime Video without lowering the subscription fee.
