Monaco explosion: one victim loses legs, probe classified as attempted murder

Monaco prosecutors have classified a recent explosion as attempted murder rather than a terrorist act, according to prosecutor general Stephane Thibault. The newspaper Monaco-Matin reports that one of the victims had to undergo a lower-limb amputation. The investigation is ongoing.
