Poland's Clean Air programme gets easier grant rules from July

Poland's Ministry of Climate and Environment has revealed the first package of changes to the Clean Air programme, set to take effect in July. The planned reforms include relaxing some of the existing rules to make it easier for households to apply for and receive grants for heating upgrades and home insulation.
