Deputy Defence Minister Sobkowiak-Czarnecka appointed state resilience envoy

Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, deputy head of Poland's Ministry of National Defence, has been appointed as the government's plenipotentiary for strengthening state resilience. Her duties will include coordinating the fight against disinformation and promoting civil defence education.
