Warsaw prosecutors again drop case of activist's arm broken during 2020 police intervention

The Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office has again discontinued proceedings in the case of an activist who broke her arm during a protest outside Warsaw police headquarters in December 2020. Investigators concluded the injury was an accident. The victim's lawyer, Roman Giertych, had appealed the previous dismissal regarding alleged abuse of power by officers.
