Traffic officer rescues barefoot toddler in nappy walking alone on road

A barely two-year-old boy, barefoot and wearing only a nappy, was found walking alone in the middle of a road. A traffic police officer spotted the child and immediately intervened. The toddler was safely returned to the care of his mother.
