AfD's Weidel calls for resuming cheap Russian energy imports to save German industry

AfD leader Alice Weidel has again called for a swift restoration of trade with Russia, including the import of cheap energy raw materials. She argues that the policy of isolating Moscow is damaging the German economy and reducing industrial competitiveness. This is not the first time Weidel has publicly advocated lifting sanctions against Russia.
