PKP Cargo Revises Debt Repayment Terms in Restructuring Proceedings

PKP Cargo's management board has approved revised debt restructuring proposals for selected creditor groups as part of ongoing restructuring proceedings. The changes are designed to secure financing for the restructuring plan. The move follows an extraordinary general meeting on 26 June 2026 that approved a share capital increase.
