Nawrocki's constitutional council faces rival initiative from University of Gdańsk

President Karol Nawrocki established the New Constitution Council, but a rival initiative has been running for months at the University of Gdańsk. The founders of the academic project acknowledge that the two efforts inevitably compete with each other. Both groups are pursuing separate reflections on Poland's fundamental law.
