Polish Finance Ministry: MPP Label Allowed on All KSeF Invoices

Poland's Ministry of Finance has confirmed that businesses may include the "Split Payment Mechanism" (MPP) label on invoices issued through the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) even when split payment is not legally required. This represents a reversal of the tax authority's previous position on the matter.
