Poland to spend over 90% of KPO funds — final tranche arriving in December

Minister of Funds Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz announced that Poland will invest over 90% of its National Recovery Plan (KPO) funds, despite a two-year delay in spending. The exact utilisation figure will be confirmed in August. The final KPO tranche is expected to reach Poland in December 2026.
