Polish tax authority moves asset auctions online from July 2026

Starting in July 2026, Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS) is launching online auctions of seized assets, ranging from jewellery to industrial halls. Deputy Finance Minister Marcin Łoboda likened the new system to an online shop, though he noted that home delivery of purchased items will not be available at launch. The auctions will be open to any interested buyer.
