Prosecutors drop "two towers" probe — Birgfellner's lawyers to appeal

Prosecutors have discontinued the investigation into the "two towers" case, as announced on TVN24 by attorney Jacek Dubois, representing Gerald Birgfellner. Dubois said the defence will appeal the decision, noting they have not yet received the ruling and do not know the reasoning behind it. The second Birgfellner lawyer, Roman Giertych, also commented on the matter.
