VeloBank to Refund Wrongly Charged Fees After Citi Migration

VeloBank has admitted that following the migration of Citi Handlowy customers, irregularities occurred in fee charging, balance presentation, credit card history and business account handling. The bank has committed to refunding incorrectly charged fees. Complaints were filed by approximately 0.7% of the migrated customers.
