Frankenstein walk: 2 minutes a day strengthens core, hips and glutes
The Frankenstein walk — also called the toe-touch walk — involves marching forward while raising each leg high and touching it with the same-side hand. The movement engages hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes and core stabilisers, all while requiring an upright posture. Just two minutes a day can serve as an effective dynamic warm-up and functional lower-body exercise.
