Australian man charged with homicide after 17-year-old Thai girl found in suitcase in Pattaya

The body of a 17-year-old Thai girl was found abandoned in a suitcase near railroad tracks in Pattaya, Thailand. An Australian man suspected of the homicide was arrested while attempting to leave the country. He has been formally charged with homicide.
