KSeF is live, but accountants still need client input to process invoices

The rollout of Poland's mandatory e-invoicing system KSeF has not eliminated the need for communication between businesses and their accountants. While the system automates invoice flow, companies still need to describe purchases and clarify payment obligations. Digitalising the invoice does not replace the business context that accountants require to process it correctly.
