Monaco explosion: three injured including Ukrainian tycoon – suspected attacker flees to France

An explosive device detonated at a residential building in Monaco, seriously injuring three people including a Ukrainian tycoon. The suspected attacker fled across the border into France. Police in both countries are investigating the incident.
