From July 1 unlicensed crypto firms may still operate — Finance Ministry: check yourself

From 1 July 2025, some cryptocurrency firms plan to keep operating in Poland without the required regulatory licence. Rather than announcing enforcement action, the Finance Ministry advised investors to check themselves whether their service provider is authorised. Experts warn the state may lack effective tools to stop unlicensed operators, creating significant risks for retail crypto investors.
