Tax office unlawfully limits PIT exemption for inherited property chains
When property is inherited multiple times, the five-year period that exempts heirs from capital gains tax (PIT) should count from when the first owner acquired the property — not just the last deceased's ownership. Tax authorities are unlawfully calculating this period only from the most recent inheritance, reducing heirs' rights. This interpretation by the tax office can be legally challenged.
