Residential bunkers still 1–2 years away — flat prices may rise by a few percent

The first Polish developers have announced plans to build shelter infrastructure on residential estates, but a large-scale rollout is still at least one to two years away. The addition of such bunkers could push flat prices up by a few percent. For now these remain announcements rather than completed projects.
