Flash Floods Hit Gryfino as More Storms Threaten Poland

Heavy rainfall turned streets into fast-flowing streams in Gryfino, Zachodniopomorskie, flooding properties and basements and prompting numerous fire brigade call-outs. Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued warnings for further storms across western and southern Poland, with expected heavy rain, strong winds and hail.
