Polish Medical Residents in Priority Fields to Earn Up to 12,714 PLN Gross from July 1

Poland's Ministry of Health has published a regulation in the Journal of Laws setting new salary rates for medical residents from July 1, 2025. In fields deemed a priority, the base salary will be 11,654.76 PLN gross in the first two years of training and 12,714.29 PLN gross thereafter. The pay rises apply specifically to residents specialising in areas designated as priorities by the ministry.
