Anthropic deals Claude AI to all California state agencies at half price

Anthropic has struck a deal with California making its Claude AI the first artificial intelligence tool available to all state agencies and local governments in the state, at half the standard market price. The agreement is the first of its kind to cover an entire U.S. state's government infrastructure. The deal gives California officials broad access to AI assistance across departments.
