Śnieżka hits record 25.7°C – highest temperature ever measured there
Śnieżka, the highest peak of the Karkonosze mountains at 1,603 m above sea level, recorded a temperature of 25.7°C — the highest ever measured there by Poland's meteorological institute IMGW. The previous record of 25.2°C was set in 1982. The Karkonosze National Park staff confirmed the historic reading.
