Polish Culture Ministry posts payday meme on Chełmoński painting, sparks online backlash
Poland's Ministry of Culture and National Heritage posted a meme on Sunday using a reproduction of Józef Chełmoński's painting captioned "Me watching my pay cheque disappear 15 minutes after paying bills."
