HRW: Mali army, jihadists and Russians all committed grave abuses in April attacks

Human Rights Watch reported on Monday that all warring parties in Mali — including the Malian army, Al-Qaeda-linked jihadists and their Russian allies — committed grave abuses against civilians during and after the April attacks.
