Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron sued for alleged RAM and storage price-fixing
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the US against Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron — the world's three largest RAM and fast storage manufacturers. The suit alleges the companies engaged in price-fixing and deliberately limited supply to maintain exorbitantly high prices. Plaintiffs claim the practice resulted in "supracompetitive prices" that harmed consumers.
