Kacprzyk's lawyer: Dr Jędrzejewski ran a VIP lounge, surgeons were unreachable on call
Defence lawyer Jacek Dubois, representing Dawid Kacprzyk, revealed that his client had a serious conflict with Emil Jędrzejewski at the Warszawski Szpital Południowy hospital. According to Dubois, on-call surgeons were unreachable for extended periods, leaving the A&E without surgical cover. Jędrzejewski allegedly also ran an informal "VIP lounge" in the hospital and arrived with a mysterious patient list.
