Poland 2050 pushes for crypto assets law as MiCA deadline hits

From 1 July 2026, crypto exchanges operating in the EU must hold a MiCA licence. In Poland, obtaining one is impossible due to the absence of national crypto-asset legislation. The Poland 2050 party has held informal talks and is lobbying the president to sign the required law so the sector can operate legally.
