Ukraine strikes Russian oil refinery as Putin admits fuel shortage for first time

Ukrainian drones set fire to a major oil refinery in southern Russia as part of a sustained drone campaign targeting Russian energy infrastructure. President Putin on Sunday publicly acknowledged for the first time that Russia faces "a certain deficit" of fuel. He pledged to strengthen protection of oil facilities and increase domestic fuel output.
