Netflix adapts Alix E. Harrow's bestselling fantasy novel "The Everlasting"
Netflix has begun development on a series adaptation of "The Everlasting," a bestselling fantasy novel by Alix E. Harrow. The story centres on Sir Una Everlasting, a knight elevated to mythic status, and Owen Mallory, a researcher and failed soldier who time-travels into the era whose legend he has devoted his life to studying. The project is drawing comparisons to Outlander, but with the gender dynamic of the time-traveller reversed.
