Vitamin C may slow cognitive decline, Japanese study suggests
Researchers from Japan have published results of a large study suggesting that adequate vitamin C levels are linked to better brain health and slower cognitive decline with age. While vitamin C has long been associated primarily with immune support, growing evidence points to a much broader role. A deficiency in the vitamin may have serious consequences for brain function.
