From 30 June, short-term rentals in Poland must have smoke and CO detectors
From 30 June 2025, all short-term rental properties in Poland must be fitted with autonomous smoke detectors. Rooms containing a stove, boiler or fireplace must additionally have a carbon monoxide detector installed. The new regulations aim to improve safety for guests using short-term accommodation.
