Tomasz K. gets life sentence for killing wife and staging a train accident

The Court of Appeal in Gdańsk sentenced Tomasz K. to life in prison for murdering his wife and staging her death as a railway accident. The first-instance court had handed down a 26-year sentence. In its ruling, the court described the convicted man as an egoist for whom human life holds no value.
