Putin Bans Petrol and Jet Fuel Exports After Ukraine Strikes Russian Refineries

Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries have caused serious disruptions to Russia's fuel market. Putin convened an emergency meeting with energy sector representatives and ministers, after which a temporary ban on exports of petrol and aviation fuel was announced. The news was reported by the pro-Kremlin TASS agency.
