Job searches in Poland hit record 4.5 months — longest ever

The average job search time in Poland has risen to 4.5 months, the highest figure ever recorded. This comes from the 61st edition of the Monitor Rynku Pracy report, compiled by the Randstad Research Institute and Pollster. The data signals a clear deterioration in conditions for job seekers and the end of the so-called employee's market era.
