Polish Government to Debate Short-Term Rental Bill – Registry and Ban Zones

The Polish government is returning to a bill regulating short-term rentals such as those listed on Airbnb. The proposed law would create a central registry of apartments rented to tourists. Municipalities would also gain the power to designate zones where such rentals are prohibited.
