Life sentence for man who killed wife and staged railway accident

The Court of Appeal in Gdańsk upgraded the sentence of 36-year-old Tomasz K. from 26 years to life imprisonment. The man murdered his wife in the Kashubia region and staged her death to look like a railway accident. Both the prosecution and the victim's family had called for the maximum sentence.
