Xi and Lukashenko Declare Deepened China-Belarus "All-Weather Partnership"

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko met in Beijing on Monday and pledged to deepen bilateral cooperation. According to China's foreign ministry, both leaders described their countries as a stabilising force in international affairs and confirmed their relationship holds the highest diplomatic status. They characterised ties as an "all-weather partnership."
