BitMEX replaces CEO with general counsel Peter Wilkinson

Crypto exchange BitMEX has removed its CEO Stephan Lutz, CFO and head of growth in a sweeping leadership shake-up. Global general counsel Peter Wilkinson has been named the new chief executive. The simultaneous removal of three senior executives marks a significant management overhaul at the firm.
