Sysadmin destroyed expensive hardware and lied his way out of it
In the 1990s, a sysadmin nicknamed "Hank" accidentally damaged a pair of expensive 750 MB hard drives during a server upgrade at a poultry factory — the drives cost more than his monthly wage.
