Late signature on financial report does not block switch to Estonian CIT
Polish tax authorities are challenging companies' ability to switch to the Estonian CIT model mid-year when their financial statements were not signed on time. However, no Polish legal provision links a late signature on a financial statement to any loss of the right to adopt Estonian CIT. Companies should therefore not automatically be denied this tax regime solely on those grounds.
